What do I do if I forgot my password?

Just go to the Login screen, enter your email address and click on "Forgotten your password" link.  Your password hint will appear above your email address. If the hint does not help you remember your password, click on the link below the password box to get instructions via e-mail to change your password.

 

How can I change my Personal Account Information?

Click on the "My Account" tab at the top right of the page to change any of your saved contact information.

 

Orders

 

How can I track my order?

Just log-in with your email address and password; then click on "My Account". Under the “Orders” column, select “See Orders”.

 

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Gift-wrapping is not available at this time.

 

Can I ship items from one order to two different addresses?

If you need to have items sent to multiple addresses, you will need to place separate orders. Items from the same order may not be sent to more than one address.

 

Can I have my order delivered to a P.O. Box?

If your only shipping option is a PO Box, your order will be shipped via The United States Postal Service. Most of our items normally ship via UPS or FedEx.

 

How can I track my order?

Just log-in with your email address and password; then click on "My Account" or “Order Status”.

Under the “Orders” column, select “See Orders”.

You will be able to see the status of your order including the tracking number when provided by the shipper.

 

How can I return an item?

We will gladly accept the return of any purchase from us in its original, unmarked and unused condition within 20 days of the shipment date. A full refund, less shipping charges, will be promptly issued to your credit card. Before returning the item, please contact Customer Service via email at PhillyNewsStand@phillynews.com and let us know what you are returning and the reason for the return.

 

A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) must be issued for all returns. It is important that you make note of this number to include in the returned package. Please clearly label the box with this RMA#. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.

 

Due to UPS and USPS procedures, if you fail to return merchandise within the given time frame or without an RMA#, we may have to deny credit or issue a 20% re-stocking fee.

 

Original shipping will be refunded only if the merchandise is defective, the wrong order was shipped, or the order was damaged in transit.

 

I received my order and one of my items is damaged. What should I do?

We want you to be happy with your order. If you receive a product that is defective or damaged in shipment, please notify us via e-mail at PhillyNewsStand@phillynews.com. Include your name, the sales order number from your packing slip and as much information as you can about the damage. We will reply to your inquiry via email in 24-48 hours.

 

I have changed my mind about my order and would like to cancel it. How can I cancel my order?

It is our goal to ship in-stock items to you almost immediately. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to inquire if your order can be canceled, send an email to PhillyNewsStand@phillynews.com, and we will notify you if we are able to cancel it.

 

Payment

Which methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Pay Pal.

 

Why was my credit card declined?

Check your expiration date, zip code and account number to make sure that you did not transpose or omit any numbers. The billing address must match the billing address on file with your credit card provider.  If there is still a problem, contact the issuing institution of your credit card.
